We source our products directly from local farmers and producers in the Nilgiri Hills. Our commitment is to provide authentic, high-quality products that reflect the rich culture and dedication of the local community. We ensure that our sourcing practices are sustainable and support the livelihoods of small farmers and producers.

Within Tamil Nadu, we try our best to deliver NEXT DAY or within 2 days. For other states, the delivery time for orders varies depending on your location. Typically, orders are delivered within 3-7 business days for other states in India. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

To return a product, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. Once you have the authorization, securely package the product and send it to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the product reaches us safely.
